HHG Move with Flight vs Partial PPM

Hello! I recently ETS’d and am about to do my last move. I’m moving to a car-optional city and am debating whether or not to sell my car when I arrive to the destination and do a PPM, or sell my car before I leave and fly to my destination. I still owe money on the car and I think I’d have better luck selling before I leave, but I also would like to make as much money as I can with the partial PPM (moving ~750 lbs over 2,000 mi). Any advice on what to choose would be a huge help! I also have one question:

If I were to sell my car and fly, would there be any travel reimbursement? I’ve only ever done PPMs, so I am not sure.
