Career Starter Loan, is it too late?

I am trying to pay off the debt my wife and I have accrued over the years.

I became a warrant officer in March of 2024 and just found out about this as my wife and I started to plan our budget to pay off our debt.

After reading about the benefits that it has it will more than pay off our loan at a crazy low interest rate.

My question is, is it too late for me to apply for this loan with Navy Federal?
