So I’m an Active Duty Service Member and I have Tricare Dental administered by United Concordia , my wife recently had surgery and we paid about 550 out of pocket with some costs covered and we were told that we can get reimbursed, I also read that online. I wanted to know if this is actually true and how do I go about that?

    Thank you for your time

    1. I’m not entirely clear on what happened here. Your wife had dental surgery? Was the dentist in network for Tricare Dental? If some costs were already paid by Tricare Dental, $550 could be your co-insurance.

Dental procedures are expensive and not 100% covered. Wife recently had a root canal and our out of pocket was around $500-700.
