Hey everyone,
I’m PCSing out of NJ and am 2 weeks from closing on the sale of my NJ property. My selling agent just informed me that I will owe NJ 2% of the sales price due to being a non resident (I pay taxes to my state of legal residence which is not NJ).
Is there any exemption or way out of that 2% tax?
