I have a bunch of schools to attend before I check into my ultimate command. The hotel I'm staying at doesn't have parking, and guests need to pay $30 a day for public parking. Will this be covered as long as I have receipts, or will it come out of my per diem?

If you are there TDY then it should be covered. If just traveling through, it will be on you.
