Appears they insure high net worth clients(million dollar homes, expensive art/paintings, collectible vehicles etc.)Anyone ever worked for them? Insured with them? Or known anyone that dealt with them? Just asking because I have an interview for an operation analyst. I looked for them on Glassdoor but tons of reviews for AIG only.

Anyone ever heard of AIG- private client select?

It’s just a brand/division of AIG. No different than working for Head & Shoulders but your ultimate parent is Procter & Gamble.

    2. I sorta have, and I almost said my knowledge wasn’t in the scope of what you’re looking for… until I read “operation analyst”.

What does that position entail, is it frontend services (consumer) or something on the backend or other?

    3. I am acquaintances with the regional AIG PCG rep. They were great to work with. Things have changed since then but they still have a good reputation.

AIG sold Private Client Group to a private equity firm (Stone Point Capital) and it became Private Client Select on July 1, 2023. AIG owns a minority stake now. Many leaders have left, including the CEO who resigned the day after bonuses were paid out. On a front line level, departments are severally understaffed and employees are drowning. I’m surprised they even have the budget to hire. I’ve always been a bit perplexed how such a large company could be run so poorly but with the separation from AIG the problems became worse. Glassdoor doesn’t have any reviews for Private Client Select because I think we are all shell shocked to form a cohesive thought to warn others.
