Ever wondered where that one good play is? That one gamble you‘d throw your whole life savings at? Well you sick apes if you listened to me last friday your calls would be already worth +30% . https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/s/vYojHVvnHl

So here‘s why I YOLOed my whole life savings into long term LULU calls (exp JUN07):

The market overreacted after the last earnings report, causing the stock to crash. Historically, the stock is now significantly undervalued. And looking at the chart, LULU has only dipped deeply below $300 ONCE, back in 2020. For the past four years, it has ALWAYS rebounded quickly from the $300 level, making this a prime buying opportunity for you apes.

LULU also has a solid financial health, a strong market position, and high-profit margins. Their new products hit stores in May, which bodes well for the next earnings report. Regarding the product officer who left a few days ago: yes he left but that won't impact next week's earnings, not even Q2 but it will have effects in 2025. There’s no way this stock won’t go up after pricing in the worst of the worst

TLDR: LULU‘s weakness is overstated. They have great fundamentals, solid financial health, consistently beat estimates, and after the market's overreaction last time, the stock is poised to rebound. 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

Position: 28k worth 72 350C for JUN07 balls deep already 11k gain printed. I‘ll post the screenshot below.

Why LULU is set to rebound 🚀

    1. I agree with you overall, but I think you’re crazy to have that much conviction

Godspeed – touching retail during this time feels risky as hell but hope you make tendies.

    3. When OP uses the word “balls deep” , you know its gun be guud.

      Good luck !

I just want a good exit position for my $LULU so I can throw more money at Jensen.

    5. I don’t know, their quality has been deteriorating and Beckys have been moving on to Vuori and Alo. LULU also has been showing signs of fast fashion which is a bad sign.

Athletic wear industry in general has been bearish. What makes them stand out from that macro rut?

Stopped reading when you described June 7th calls as long term. Get a grip, homie

Lotta regards calling out the long-dated calls that expire Friday. This sub wouldn’t know satire if it came down and slept with their blow-up girlfriend

I also believe their sales in China will take off even more and it’s not been priced in yet, they’ve shown incredible growth and I’ve seen some TikTok videos of them there.

    9. There are a lot of contradictory market reactions to the softer guidance provided by so many retail companies in the last 4-5 months.

PVH, LULU fell, but RL rose. So will be interesting how this plays out. LULU has got most of the bad news out with their CPO leaving, so let’s see how this plays out.

If PVH does well on Tuesday, then LULU might get a similar reaction.

    10. This is the 5th post about LULU in a few days with everyone buying CALLS. I bought some shares a few days ago at 299, and you people are going to make this drill into the earth’s core. I thought they were going to beat and guide higher, but WSB is like the kiss of death.

Wait their earnings is in 5 days?

I thought they already did one like a month ago?

    12. Regards! This guy lives in Switzerland and there are no LULU stores in Switzerland, and beyond that he posted how he blew up his 160k chf account to 20k chf. So…
But in grand scheme of things, the 22-27 year old chicks I have been banging lately are once again buying lulu pants. So I would also open a bullish play. Best bullish play is to sell puts baby!!!

I bought a shit ton of shares at like $298. Even if it crashes after earnings, I’m holding. For the 🍑

This is scary in so many ways. The cpo that left was sun choe, a woman who single handily fixed the women’s see through pants issue. The post refers to a “him” which she may very well have changed her gender. Calls on your Wendy’s dumpster.

    15. I started building my position last week. 350, 340, 360 calls. GAP, foot locker, dicks, Burlington, all crushed their earnings. Lulu has a stronger brand recognition than all of them combined.

    16. cryptoislife_k on

wtf I still don’t get it what is this LULU company selling fucking pants?

    17. They discontinued the commission pants and asses look better in Alo yogapants. Puts

    18. This is some high octane wsb content. Besides the fact that the market doesn’t care about imaginary limits like 300$, or OP’s life savings, this degenerate will sell a course if this coin flip on his 10k$ trust fund gives him head. Tails and we get another “I don’t know what to do with my life anymore”. Either way while you 5-day-long-term-options regards are messing with my blood pressure I’m happy to see WSB returning to its roots.

WAIT!!! Is this the DELL guy from earlier this week!!?? Amazing Buying Opportunity.. Extremely Undervalued before Earnings ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)

    20. I judge Lulu stock performance by how often my wife buys it, and this year she has not been buying it much. Combined with the high clothing prices and inflation continuing to rise, I don’t have much faith in it over the short term (1-2 years).

    21. mouthful_quest on

As was last earnings report: Beat on EPS and revenue. Poor forward guidance. A slowdown in discretionary spending has hit the apparel space particularly hard. Stock Falls from $478/s to $388/s.

    22. OrangMiskin on

This might sound regarded but he just might be right. I’m joining lmao
