Robinhood – Do I need to have money for 100 shared while exercising an option’s call

I have AAPL call for $195 expiring on 6/7 at a premium of $1.45 per share. I am planning to buy it one expiration date and sell it next week when WWDC happens. Do I need to have $19500 to exercise the call.

Is it ok if I buy them on 7th and sell next week with only $145 in my account for premium cost.
