Anyone do a IRRRL recently? Trying to see if the rates I’m seeing only (6.25) are somewhat close or anyone has gotten anything better lately. Currently have a 7.5 and looking for options. Any credible website to look at multiple banks and their rates?

Sounds like a good rate with no points if that’s what that is.. also will vary based on location slightly
If you can get an IRRRL and decrease your rate do it. Can even get lender credits to pay for the refi. So maybe get a 6.5 but it be no money out of pocket.
