Army Student Loan Repayment Program Questions

So I enlisted with the loan repayment program (LRP) in my contract which was dumb because I didn’t even have student loans, anyways, it’s been 3 and 1/2 years and I have yet to use the benefit and I don’t plan on doing so in the future. I am aware that the LRP has a 3 year service debt with does not count towards the post 9/11 Gi Bill, is this true even if I never used the LRP? is there a way to make my 3 years count for the post 9/11Gi Bill instead? I’ve been emailing the LRP HRC mailbox since 2022 no one has emailed be back, no joke.
