I own 100 shares and attempted a vertical put credit spread. My lower leg failed to fill. Do I panic and rebuy the contract at any price or just be calm and wait for my price. The stock was currently selling off, so maybe just wait and see if it continues and rebuy shares lower with a limit order?

Did you put it in as a spread order? Normally a spread order should always fill as one order or not at all. Also, why were you selling a put vertical on a stock as its selling off – this is a bullish spread, you’re hoping NOT to get assigned when you sell this.
Jesus hopefully it grows back
The lower leg of a put credit spread is the long leg, so I’m confused by your post. You have 100 shares and a short put. Your shares aren’t getting called away, so you don’t need to rebuy them. You are obligated to buy 100 more shares, not sell them.
