I was involved in a hit n run October 13th was 36 weeks pregnant and went into premature labor. My son was born with broken collarbone and brachial plexus injury. Stayed in NICU for 2 weeks. In 2020 I was in a car accident and lost my daughter. So this accident brought back horrible memories and so much stress.
The insurance has agreed on settlement for accident. 30k for son and 20k for myself. I’m aware my son payout will go directly to account till he’s 18.
My question is how long does court approve Rule 11 Agreement- the agreement on settlement?
The car accident has set us back financially and this will really help with all bills I’m behind on.
How long does Rule 11 Agreement take for approval by judge?
