Liability insurance adjusters, do you read demand letters from attorneys?

I’m a new personal injury attorney and I write about 4 demand letters a week and they take a while to write. Having done this for almost a year now, at the end of the day I think we all know what REALLY matters are the medical records/imaging and the narrative as it pertains to liability/photos to support liability position.

My question is do you even read the demand letter or do you just go straight to the medical records? Just curious.
