Just recently got my green card

Hi, as part of my training in the US (as a doctor) I must have health insurance and liability Insurance. I have heard the horror's of needing a procedure (non-life-threatening or future preventative) and I do not want to struggle with anything in the future. My salary is withing a good range in American standards what would be the best health and liability Insurance?

I am 25 years old. Never smoked nor drank. I live in Florida (Miami) planning on moving to Virginia or north Carolina after my residency. My income is 60K as a medical resident.
