Rear ended and claims question

I got rear ended last week. The other driver was clearly at fault. It went through their insurance for the damage on my car. I sent pictures and everything, and their insurance claims person sent the estimate and I accepted the pay out rather than the insurance paying the damages directly to the repair shop. When I spoke to them this morning, they said I would receive the check in 7-10 business days. I just checked on the claim and it shows that the claim is closed. And on the claims payout, it says “there aren’t any claims payouts for you”. Does this mean they aren’t sending the check? I’m so confused. It went through progressive if that helps.
