While changing the rear tires at Tire kingdom, they misaligned the lift on both sides and dented up both my rocker panels. I've gotten 3 estimates on my own, one for 2,600 one for 2,700 and one for 3,500. Tire kingdom, now owned my mavis tire, says they don't have a garage insurance policy, and that they have a shop that will do the work for 800, and that's the only price they will pay.

My concern is that the 800 dollar estimate seems so far off from what I've been told by other shops that the work won't be done right.
Also worth noting, while the 3 estimates I got were itemized, and the estimate from Tire kingdom shop was just a sentence written in Spanish on an estimate sheet, which doesn't give me a lot to point to after the fact if things don't get done right.

I have comprehensive coverage, but I will be paying a 1000 dollar deductible out of pocket. Is it worth it filing with my insurance, and if I do, is there a chance I'll get the dudectubile back?

I live in florida if that makes a difference.

Tire kingdom bent rocker panels, should I file a claim with my insurance?

Most garage policies have a deductible of at least $5k so they probably do have a policy just not one that would cover this.

you can get it fixed and send them the invoice and then take to small claims court if they refuse.
