I interviewed for the Associate Claims Representative position at United Health Group (UHG).
I could have sworn that when I did the one-way video interview, it said that it only pays $17 an hour. I can't remember exactly, because I have been applying to every and anything.
I then had a virtual panel interview, and was told it is a non-phone role just reviewing claims. Does anyone have any experience with that role with UHG?
If I receive an offer, I am hesitant to accept because I have not heard anything positive about UHG. I have heard that the company has a high turnover rate, so there must be a reason. Please tell me about your experience or what you heard, and has anyone here worked in this exact role (Associate Claims Representative) before?
UHG Associate Claims Representative – should I accept the role if offered, and is it really only $17 an hour?!
