False insurance claim/ lies about damage?

About a year ago I was rear ended by a women on her phone, we pulled over called the cop and she had 4 people jump out of her car and claim not to know her but say I backed up into her "parked car" in the middle of the road. I was stopped behind an Amazon van waiting for them move and she rear ended me, albeit very lightly. I had a small scuff that wiped off with my sleeve. She had no damage at all and the police even said there's no damage for them to file a report on so they just gave a case number and left. I'm getting quotes now and they hold up my record and show her has having made a claim for almost 2000$ and supposedly needing a rental for 2 weeks while her car got "fixed" 0 damage insurance never informed me of the claim either so what do I do now? My rates are 300 a month and it's absurd. I need to be paying less. And the claim is utter bullshit/fraud. Is there anything I can do to dispute it as this point or am I totally screwed and it's on my record permantly?
