I have been getting into churning over the last couple years and thought I had it down. Never got denied for any cards, know what to use pounts for, about to start P2 but hit a roadblock.
I have 2 amex plats, and a gold card.
    Chase saphire reserve and marriot.
I am 3/24 with chase and 0/90 with amex.
I was trying to get another card and got denied by chase due to "credit limit to income ratio" basically they are saying i have enough credit from them to my income. How do some military members get so many cards with them if we are making less than 100k. I am an E-5 and put a realistic figure for annual income.

Also in amex pop up jail when trying to get the hilton aspire.

Do people stretch the truth for income on their application?

Most don’t. The ones that do are usually E6+ and/or have spouses working.

    2. FYI, this is barely military finance relevant… Leaving it up for now.

Reduce your credit lines on your Chase cards. Or call them and move credit from one account to the one you’re trying to open.

      Don’t lie.
