Received car renewal and it was higher than usual. Contacted State Farm, they said I have 2 claims. One is mine and the other one I have no idea and State Farm is not helping me at all. I called Geico who is the company that paid State Farm $25K, they confirmed it’s not me on the claim but State Farm said I need proof. State Farm said they called Geico to confirm it and Geico said no one never called. They told me to call the police but they don’t have any car accidents under my drivers license. Any State Farm agents that can provide me guidance? I feel someone used my information for fraud. In my State Farm app shows I have this claim but no details. State Farm said they don’t have any information. It’s very bizarre.

Car claim under my insurance but it’s not mine

How is OP supposed to get the CLUE report? Lexis Nexis does not provide this information to the general public. There are a couple of things now that are making sense here. You stated that Geico paid $25,000 to State Farm. Does that mean Geico paid $25,000 for something that was associated with your policy relating to an accident?
