Changing Liberty Mutual Homeowners Insurance to Landlord Insurance…

We plan to relocate from CA for a few years, rent out our home for long-term tenants, and need to change our Liberty Mutual Homeowners Ins into 'Dwelling Property Insurance' or landlord insurance.

I'm in Marin, CA, where insurance companies are fleeing… has anyone ever been dropped for changing the insurance type? Any experiences to share on the process with Libert Mutual Ins?
