Calculating Medical Retirement Pay

Hello, I am medically retiring with a 70% DoD rating and 80% VA rating, Single no dependents, non-combat related. I am in the Blended Retirement System and also on the Temporary Retirement Disability List (TDRL). An E-5 who has been in for 8 years. I have many questions to list down below if anyone could answer them before helping me calculate if anyone is willing, overall just quite confused by the plethora of information out there.

1. What is my Retirement pay (Exclude TSP & BRS) and what was used to determine it?
2. So am I getting Disability pay or Retirement pay? Or are these terms practically mean the same thing in my situation?
3. If I am getting Medically Retired on the TDRL, is my TSP from BRS calculated automatically into my Retired/Disability Pay or do I have the option to include or not include my TSP/BRS?

Yeah, overall need help breaking these questions down if anyone has the time. Or, recorrect the information I posted in this. I do not know how to calculate my retirement entirely, so mostly would need help with this end result. Thank you
