Just paid off 138 days late

Greetings,
I was medavac’d recently and my GTCC was used to pay for the hotel I stayed at. Ended up owing around 2 grand because my DTS was fucked. I paid it off today with my personal. I was under the impression that once a voucher was submitted it would be all good. Will this impact my credit? Any input will be appreciated.
