I did an advance for DLA for my recent PCS. I noted the amount paid for the advance but didn’t click through DLA option on the smart voucher during the close out final voucher. Do I need to do an amendment now to show it did pay to avoid a debt? I read through the dfas website and a few how to guides and didn’t see anything addressing how to show I was paid the advance on the final voucher.
