Navy Federal not showing everything on statement?

I recently had a problem (or so I thought) with Navy Federal where I was missing transactions and deposits. This ended up with my admin and I trying to see what was messed up because I thought I wasn't receiving pay. Long story short, I got paid, but it didn't reflect on the "transactions" page on my checking account, although it did in my statement. Further investigation however on my part revealed that not every transaction I see in my transaction history shows up on my statement.

Has anyone else noticed this problem with navy federal?

Is this potentially an issue with navy federal specifically or does this happen with all banks?
