Attempting to do a PPM vehicle weigh here shortly but the only documentation I've seen regarding the weight ticket still claims you need the stamp and weigh master's signature. Is this still true? Can the output from the CAT Scales app be sufficient for reimbursement?

Just print off the pdf they send you via email when you use the cat scales
Yes CAT scales are the preferred scale. The PPM site has a list of scales and most if not all of them are CAT scales. I just did my PPM with only CAT scales
