As an FL resident, with FL auto registration, can I get MA auto insurance while stationed in MA?
I know that FL has an affidavit allowing out-of-state insurance for active duty military, but I am unsure if MA allows you to have MA insurance w/ out-of-state plates.
Asking because MA insurance is significantly cheaper than FL!

You insure the car where it is located not where it is registered (unless that is the same place).
You have to. The car is insured where it is driven.
