Silly GTCC question

So I just got my GTCC, I applied for it while I was in deployment which I went directly on after A-school. I'm on POM about 18 hours away from my duty station and I'm driving back so I can have my car there. Now for the silly question that was probably answered when I applied for it but it's been several months. Traveling back to my duty station from leave can I use the card to pay for gas?
