Sold Leave Days But not paid

I am in the process of Green to Gold. I sold my leave days back In May. In my LES for the month of May it shows the amount in my entitlements for the days I sold and also the taxes paid for the sold leave. However, I was not given the money. It shows in the remarks section owed member $1939.41. Does anyone know why it would deduct the taxes out in May but not pay me? It’s July now and I’m still waiting but the remarks section shows owed member.
