I have been told by dentists that I 100% need braces due to my teeth being misaligned, but I'd like to get veneers as well. My front teeth are pretty chipped, I've been hit in the face with hammers and various other objects. It's nothing immediately noticeable, but they are still chipped. A dentist had to even sand one of my teeth before because the fragment that broke off left the rest of the tooth jagged and likely to cut my lip/tongue. Dental work can be spendy, so it would be very cool if I didn't have to pay for it.

    Will the military cover veneers?

    1. 99% chance they tell you no. Everyone has some degree of mal alignment. I asked a military dentist about it recently

    2. I’m a mil dentist and the answer is it depends. For ad if you can convince a dentist to do it then great- I’ve done veneers for ppl with really ugly giant fillings that fell apart over the years or discolored due to trauma. However, veneers can’t correct for braces so you would need to get those done first then maybe do veneer to finish it out. Either way, you’ll probably pay for braces then need to befriend a dentist
