Hey all,
So, I'm getting out of the military (did one enlistment) and wondering how I could keep my TSP rolling with my new employer. The new job isn't a federal agency, so they are not offering the TSP. Only way I've seen so far is if I start up an account with my current employer and manually do rollovers into the TSP. Is there another way to go about this? Thanks!

You likely don’t want to. You can roll it over to an IRA, but 99% of employer 401ks are more expensive than the TSP. Recommend just leaving it in the TSP.
