TSP loan/navy active duty

So not really getting any answers from my CoC.
Figure someone on here might know.

A lot has happened this year. My grandma passing away and having to help out pay the expenses of the funeral. And I just found out my wife who lost her job
Is pregnant…

Am thinking about taking out a TSP loan to help me bounce back.

I’ll be choosing new orders in about 2/2.5 years and am trying to take my wife with me to Italy or Spain…

Will me having a loan out affect this?
