    1. Good god Warren Buffet looks like a T-Bill or bond after it reaches maturity. I’ll still take the regard rate of return over the risk free rate any day.

Dude’s invested heavily in ketchup, soda and kidney dialysis and now he’s betting on rates tanking. I’d love to see the kind of nonsense he posts to his friends on Facebook.

    3. Good, that’s how it’s supposed to be. The Fed only buys T-bills when the economy sucks (like during Covid). It’s been getting rid of its T-bills for a while now. That’s part of what they mean by “normalizing.”

Meanwhile, T-Bills are cash equivalents and are Buffett’s preferred default investment. Berkshire Hathaway is an insurance company and needs to have enough cash on hand to pay out claims.

If rate cuts happen = t-bills go up.
If crash happens = t-bills go up a lot.

They are basically at the bottom right now.

Without Munger around, I don’t think many people at Berkshire are qualified to tell Warren “no”. Whatever the case, he seems… skeptical, of a bull market.

    7. Yea the whole point of the FED is to raise money by selling shit to the market, NOT get high off their own supply.

Fun fact, Warren Buffet owns zero T-shirts. Says he buys full shirts at fair prices, not partial shirts bitch.

Yep. I’m with him. Cash is king in this bubble. It ends soon and I have a chair. You got a chair?
