This might be a dumb question. But for the LES dated 240815, is that our pay from the 1st to the 15th or is it trailing by two weeks like some civilian companies do. For example the 16th of July to the 31st?
It’s also technically an advance and we get paid monthly. That’s why mid month pay appears as a deduction. So the pay on 1 Aug is for the month of July, minus the money you were loaned on July 15.
