So I got into a little fender bender two days ago. We exchange information and all that and I’m waiting for the police report to be done, but the dude I got into the accident starts texting me telling me to call his agent. Ask me all these weird questions. I was just wondering, has this happened to you guys, should I just block him? I have not been responding to him getting a little annoying. It’s like every hour. He’s texted me something about calling his agent or if I called agent is getting annoying what would you guys do?

Block and move on.
Tell him to contact your insurance and block.
Who is at fault for the accident? If you are, then placing a claim on your policy and giving a statement to your adjuster would need to be done right away. This way they can determine liability and start taking care of the other driver.
There’s no need to wait for the police report to file a claim.
Absolutely don’t block him, just ignore. That way if some weirdness goes down you’ll still have a record of his huge volume of harassing texts.
Let your agent contact their agent, that’s what they do. If your direct input is needed it’ll go through your agent anyway.
Also I got a text from his agent saying she’ll contact me through x number, but the number he told me to contact his agent is a complete different number! Like I’m so confused.
