Vehicle Transfer Total Loss

Hi, I was recently in an accident where my car was totaled and my loss adjuster gave me an amount that would be paid out to me as a result of the accident. However, on the form for the DMV Vehicle transfer to them, it shows "N/A" in the selling price box. Should this have the dollar amount that the loss adjuster gave me rather than saying N/A?
