What does $25 copay mean?

I’m trying to get new glasses and my insurance says $25 copay for standard plastic lenses. I need to get the 1.74 for thin lenses because my prescription is high. But would I have to pay the entire cost to get thin lenses?

And clear lenses cost $75, but with blue light it costs $120. Would I pay $70 to get blue light or $25?
