New NJ gov Worker. First time insurance holder. I am lost

Hello I have never chosen an insurance plan before.
I’m not completely lost, as I have been reading over the charts for the different plans offered and spoke with an Ombudsman, but it’s always better to get advice from stranger in the internet 😉
I am looking for a plan that will cover the most for vision, an ear specialist and possibly ortho.
I am 23 so I am healthy, not on any meds, or treatment.
Right now the only medical expense I have are bi yearly checkups with a specialist.
I would like to buy contact lenses once a year.

To find out which plan is best what are the areas I should focus on? I’m really bad with insurance terminology but in general I guess I need to look at my premium and copay.
