so im a veteran and im selling my home. Just so happen another Marine is buying it and using a Va loan. Just completed WDO inspection and the inspector said no termites but appears this house was treated for termites and since I dont have proof of it & I gotta pay him $800 to treat it. Even though there are no termites present. So I called around and another inspector came out and said im being screwed over and this guy looking for a pay day. So he offered to do the treatment for $500 and give me a new WDO. Will this fly with the Va loan officer? Im assuming my name cant go on the new WDO requested by field.
