Exploring AI’s ability to enhance broker operations

We are a team of ex-insurtech software engineers currently researching how AI can improve key areas like marketing, quoting, application parsing and claims management for insurance brokers. We believe there’s large amount of tools in the space, but more AI education and awareness is needed so these tools can be utilized in the correct and safe way. We don't intend on building more tools, but would like to create educational content on how to leverage existing platforms, how AI technology works and how to adopt safe/compliant practice of AI that is tailored to insurance.

Do you have any stories/feedback on:

• how are you using AI tools currently?
• risk and challenges that you currently face leveraging AI in your workflow?
• opportunities that you don't see current tools cater to?

This would be helpful for us to determine the adoption maturity level of this technology in the insurance industry and what type of education content to create.
