Should I get an attorney for an accident I wasn’t at fault for?

About 2 weeks ago I was involved in an accident with 5 cars involved. My airbags went off but the overall damage wasn’t severe. The police report came out and ruled I wasn’t at fault. I wasn’t planning on using an attorney since my injuries weren’t severe and I am not expecting a large settlement. However, it took 2 weeks of calling every day until I could finally get the claims agent on the phone. They told me that they still didn’t have any statements from the 4 other drivers and weren’t even aware my car was in the tow yard and couldn’t say if it was totaled or not. They also weren’t aware the police report was completed even though it was completed a week ago. Currently I am paying out of pocket. for a rental to get to work and to have my car taken out of the tow yard to avoid storage fees. I didn’t want to use a lawyer but it’s been over 2 weeks and it doesn’t seem like even the preliminary aspects of the claim have been completed. Is this time frame normal or should I begin looking for legal assistance?
