PCS OCONUS to CONUS with TDY at old PDS: OHA or Per Diem?

Seeking the wisdom of r/MilitaryFinance for PCS entitlements, specifically whether I will receive OHA, Transit BAH, and/or Per Diem in the following situation:

1) Detach OCONUS command

2) TDY at same OCONUS area, different command

3) Leave in CONUS (not near any PDS)

4) Report to new CONUS PDS

JTR 051203 indicates I would get per diem during my TDY after my HHG are taken. FMR 7a Ch 26 Table 26-38 says BAH-Transit starts upon departing the OHA area. FMR 7a Ch 26 10.10.2.2. says OHA stops when departing the PDS.

I'm unclear whether OHA would continue during my TDY since it's in the same area or OHA stops the day I check out of my current command. My OHA/rent is higher than BAH-transit, and I don't want to get stuck paying the difference.
