My husband and I are dual military and currently located at different duty stations. I will be moving to his location in a few months and it’s our first time purchasing a home. I am wondering how the VA Loan pre approval will look since we’re both geobachelor and aren’t receiving BAH currently. We both will receive single BAH once i get there. We want to close on the house prior to my arrival.
My worry is that when they look thru our finances and credit checks, they will see we aren’t receiving BAH yet and give us a low offer. Does anyone know if that’s the case?

Probably be difficult without the BAH
