Recently my friends e commerce website was hacked and he was asked for ransom which he refused and lost the store and a stable income source with it

So ever since that I am looking to buying cyber insurance does anyone have any experience with that and if so could you share your experience and any recommendations and what do they cover and would they cover incidents such that happened with my friend
