PPM Actual Start Date

I'll make this straight to the point. Upack picked up my Relocubes (22JUL), then I drove the following week (30JUL) to my new duty station. I towed a Uhaul hitch on my SUV. What is my actual start date of my PPM? 22JUL or 30JUL? I'm thinking 30JUL since I that was when I started my move towards my new duty station. TIA!!
