Last week our oven caught on fire most likely due to some plastic bags in the lower compartment of oven.
My insurance is Lemonade.
I haven’t filed the claim yet as I am still waiting for maintenance to fix everything and generate a bill. Will my claim get approved?
Any tips/suggestions to increase the odds of getting the claim approved are greatly appreciated. 🙏

You’d file before it is fixed in case the adjuster wants to review the damage.
