Best Platform for 0 Lag trades and Advanced Trading options like OCO or Trailing Stop?

I have been with Tasty for years. Lately I've had some trades not execute, or a serious lag even if a market order, losing me $$

I also would like to be able to use trailing stops, which Tasty doesn't offer.

Any recommendations?
