Progressive insurance are thiefs

It's actually laughable this joke of a company. I've been a progressive member since 2020 with full coverage on a 2018 audi rs5 when I signed up originally my rate was $210 per month after 3 years in 2023 they decided to increase my monthly rate to $366 (without my permission btw) upon contacting them they claimed their rates had increased due to inflation and also because I had 1 speeding ticket on my record. Fast forward to today September 2024 and I log in to my chase banking app to see $634.80 charge from progressive yes $634!!!!! Upon contacting them they claim their rates increased again and the lady again mentioned the 1 speeding ticket on my record from 2023… and also mentioned that they recieved odometer reading from a 3rd party source which she "was not allowed" to name claiming supposedly my mileage usage went up .. when I asked her what that odometer reading they recieved from their "third party" source was again the answer I was given was sorry sir I'm not allowed to disclose that information… funniest part it my mileage per year actually was cut literally in half as of about 16 months ago as I no longer work in Saratoga hence 30 miles per day less . I bought the car in Feb 2018 with 18k miles we are now on September 2024 and the car has 49500 miles so let's see I'm no mathmetition but that's 31500 miles driven in 6 years = roughly 5k miles driven per year .. 0 claims made. 0 accidents .
