Hello all,

I was supposed to sign for my refinance today but the lender messed up the numbers so it’s been pushed back. They just sent me the updated number and I’m not happy with them at all.
Which brings me to my question, can I back out of the whole thing?
    Thanks in advance.

    Back out if IRRRL?

You sure can! If it doesn’t feel right, don’t sign call and email say I’m canceling.
An IRRL may take 7-15 days with a great lender, no docs, easy – we did one with RocketMortgage almost with Swift, but rates dropped and we switched.

You’re in control, you don’t have to do this and can find a better lender.

    2. I recently refied and there is a page called “notice of right to cancel” with a date to cancel by and how to cancel.
