I need help making a bad faith claim against my auto insurance company. They haven’t handled the claim exactly how I want them to. They missed one phone call, and that’s bad faith according to the internet and these insurance statutes I interpreted on my own. Furthermore, the internet says I can make millions from my bad faith claim. How do I make this claim?

You definitely want to hire a lawyer for this one, maybe a public adjustor too
They missed a call. I think you need a lawyer, the insurance commissioner, and the state AG to get involved. Insurance adjusters’ schedules should revolve around your schedule.
Go straight to the supreme court. You can probably find their phone number and address online

My Uncle got put on hold for 3 minutes and he may be entitled to millions according to the lawyer that handled his 4th DUI charge
Did you ask them the key question? “Why do I even pay for insurance?” If they cannot answer, then you have a bad faith claim slam dunk.

You gotta get a public adjuster and demand appraisal. You might want to involve a lawyer, too. Call your insurance company like 22 times in a row because there’s no way they’ll be able to answer all of the calls, so it’ll boost the value of your claim. /s
You “interpreted on your own”. Haha.
Call your local roofer. You definitely need a new roof.

Did you ask for their manager first? If youre going to Karen, Karen correctly.
Oh man. Better hire a public adjuster to estimate your hurt feelings and at least two billboard lawyers for your ptsd.
